On November 11, 2025, a meeting of the IGF-UA-2025 Organizing Committee was held to prepare for the 16th Ukrainian Internet Governance Forum

During the online meeting, the updated composition of the Organizing Committee was approved, sponsors, resources, and funding for the Forum were determined, and the draft program was endorsed.

A representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specifically the Cyber Diplomacy Department, joined the IGF-UA-2025 Organizing Committee. The MFA also received the status of an institution “Under the Patronage.” The Forum’s sponsors include ICANN, RIPE NCC, and IGF-SA.

The Organizing Committee approved funding for key areas of preparation, including support for the Center of Resilience, logistics for speakers, and the purchase of first-aid kits as souvenir products. It was also decided to produce bracelets with the inscription “IGF-UA helps to save lives.”

The Committee approved the draft of IGF-UA presentation materials to be displayed during breaks at the Forum and finalized the IGF-UA-2025 program. Participant registration is scheduled to begin on November 14. All decisions were adopted by consensus.
